*The $164,900 price is based on the Newhaven 20 with the Maya façade in new estates in the Porter Davis build zones in the Melbourne Metro area only. If building in a new estate within our Geelong build zone, please speak to a sales consultant about pricing. Price excludes site costs and any developer covenant requirements. Offer applies to the first 30 customers and is valid on the Newhaven 20 house design only. Design and façade options listed next to the standard floorplan are the only changes allowed and incur an additional cost to the customer. Not available with any other promotional offer. ^12 weeks to site start valid with already titled land only. For untitled land, to qualify for this promotion your land must title within 9 months of signing your contract.
