If building in a new estate within our Geelong build zone, please speak to a sales consultant about pricing. Price excludes site costs and any developer covenant requirements. Offer applies to the first 30 customers and is valid on the Newhaven 20 house design only. Design options listed in this brochure are the only changes allowed and incur an additional cost to the customer. Selecting a façade other than the Maya, will also incur additional charges.
