What are irregular blocks?

Unique and functional

While rectangular-shaped blocks are the most commonly sought-after piece of land, they’re not the only viable option for new home builders looking for something versatile to work with. Quite often, land that is avoided due to its ‘odd shape’ provides the perfect base for a home that is truly unique and functional.

The most common irregular lots are often triangular in shape, with narrow frontage and a wide rear of the block – or vice versa. Sometimes referred to as a ‘corn chip,’ these lots are perfect for keen entertainers, with the prospect of large outdoors areas that extend from the living zone.

Mambourin Irregular Lots Terms and Conditions

Only Mambourin House and Land Packages are eligible for the $85K savings where the buyer is able to get the First Home Owners Grant and HomeBuilder Grant.

Package price is based on standard home, standard façade unless specified, builder’s preferred siting and current promotion of a $50,000 rebate from Porter Davis. The Porter Davis rebate will be applied as a post contract variation and this offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

If eligible for HomeBuilder of $25,000 and First Home Owners Grant of $10,000, $85,000 savings could apply on applicable house and land packages at Mambourin.  The customers eligibility to receive the HomeBuilder scheme stimulus (the HomeBuilder Grant) is subject to the customer satisfying the eligibility criteria mandated by the Federal and State Governments.
