*The Fixed Price Site Cost for Porter Davis Eastern build zone is $10,000 and $15,000 for the Western build zone in Victoria. For Porter Davis build region boundaries and any other queries, please speak to a sales consultant. Offer applies to Porter Davis preferred siting in new (active) Melbourne Metro and Geelong building estates on block sizes up to 650sqm. Not available for Knockdown and Rebuild or rural blocks. Not included in the fixed price site costs are BAL (Bushfire Attack Levy) and Estate Covenants/ Guidelines or the addition of any floorplan options e.g rooms/alfresco’s that extend the footprint of the standard plan. This offer is subject to a Level 1 compaction report. If block is over 500mm of fall or 650sqm lot size, additional costs may be incurred by the client and Porter Davis will advise of this cost, (Fixed Price), within 2 business days. Valid for sites with up to 2 metres of fall and 2 metres of site fill only. Your build block and directly abutting blocks must be clear – no previous trees, dams/drains/creeks/rivers or building structures, otherwise additional costs may apply. Easements require a minimum of 1 metre clearance and cannot exceed to more than 2 sides or contain a service pit otherwise additional costs may apply. Porter Davis will assess the suitability to build on your block and reserves the right of refusal to proceed based on our assessment criteria. Client must meet all milestones and appointments set by Porter Davis to ensure site start date is met (refer to Procedure of Purchase). Any factors causing delays to the nominated site start date that are outside of the builders control, may result in the voiding of this offer. All costs over the $10K/$15k threshold are to be met by the client. Applies to Porter Davis Build Zone 1 and excludes Medium Density, Precincts and PD Real Estate ranges and any builds within Tullamore Estate, Doncaster and Aquarevo Estate, Lyndhurst. All costs and requirements associated with council dispensations, overlays or town planning are the responsibility of the client and not included in the Fixed Site Cost offer. Porter Davis reserves the right to alter, extend or cease this offer at any time without notification. Offer available to new clients depositing from 6th April 2019.
