The Porter Davis $15k and $20k Grants are applicable to all Porter Davis Collection range homes that meet the HomeBuilder criteria. The dollar value will be applied as a post contract variation and it cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of discount. The Porter Davis $15k Grant applies to single storey Collection range new homes and $20k Grant applies to double storey Collection new homes within the Porter Davis South East Queensland build zones. To be eligible for this promotion you must sign your contract by February 2021 and construction must be able to commence within six months as per Homebuilder eligibility criteria. This promotion is not available with any other offer unless advised by Porter Davis. Excludes Porter Davis Real Estate, PDX and Medium Density ranges. Porter Davis reserves the right to alter, extend or cease this offer at any time without notification.
First Home Loan Deposit Scheme
The Australian Government announced an additional 10,000 First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) places for the 2020-21 financial year in their 2020-21 Federal Budget. The Scheme is specifically for eligible first home buyers building or purchasing new homes. Please visit the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation. Porter Davis has no liability to customers who do not receive a place with the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme.
First Home Owner Grant
First Home Owner Grant subject to Government eligibility criteria please visit www.qld.gov.au. Stamp Duty savings may vary dependent upon the price and the stage of construction of the house. It is the customers responsibility to check their eligibility for stamp duty concessions with their home loan provider.
The customers eligibility to receive the $15,000 HomeBuilder scheme stimulus (the HomeBuilder Grant) is subject to the customer satisfying the eligibility criteria mandated by the Federal and State Governments. More information can be found via their website https://treasury.gov.au/coronavirus/homebuilder or the relevant State Government site. Porter Davis takes no representations or warranties as to the HomeBuilder Grant being received by the customer. Whilst Porter Davis will best endeavour to assist the customer to enter a building contract between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021 and commence the building works within six months of the building contract date (Building Requirements), these Building Requirements may not be achievable due to factors beyond Porter Davis’ control, and the customer agrees and acknowledges that Porter Davis has no liability to customers who do not receive the HomeBuilder Grant.
