#Prices are based on standard floorplans. prices may increase if changes are made to standard plans. All flooring from builders Cat 1 range and is house specific (please see working drawings).

The Porter Davis 20 Year Celebration promotion is based on the standard house plans. Additional costs will be incurred for structural changes and the selection of some design options. Please speak to your Sales Consultant for clarification. Porter Davis reserves the right to change or substitute the make, range, model, type of any product listed in this brochure. Important: A credit does not apply where the design constraints of your selected house type do not allow for a listed inclusion. The inclusions in our 2019 Inspirational Style brochure are no longer available. The 20 Year Celebration promotion inclusions are not available with any other offer, unless advised by Porter Davis. Price List
Pricing is based on included façade and standard inclusions only. Pricing does not include any upgrades, site costs, estate covenants or local government charges. Should estate covenants require additional material and labour to achieve compliance, the builder will change this by way of a Post Contract Variation. *Bayside designs are indicated above with a ‘B’. Bayside designs have been reconfigured to help meet local council requirements pertaining to overlooking/overshadowing when knocking down and rebuilding in established areas. Pricing outlined in this brochure is for standard house plans in our Metro build zone . Please speak to a sales consultant for detailed quotation. Porter Davis reserves the right to change or withdraw pricing at any time. Effective 11 April, 2020.
