The PDX $2000 to slab pour guarantee is available to clients who deposit $1000 and sign a build contract in line with the timing outlined in the PDX Procedure of Purchase. PDX will assess the suitability of your build details and reserves the right of refusal to proceed based on our internal assessment. Customers must be assessed by Porter Davis’ finance partner, Mortgage Advice Bureau, to ensure the customer is able to financially meet the contractual agreement. Finance must be pre-approved. Clients must meet all milestones set by PDX to ensure site start date is met (refer to Procedure of Purchase). Any factors causing delays to the nominated site start date that are outside of the builders control, may result in the voiding of this offer.
