Brick Infill Over Garage Door. Concrete tiles selection from Builder’s standard category 1 range. (Roof pitch noted on working drawings). Lock up Garage with Colorbond sectional overhead door with automatic operation including two (2) remote handsets. External weatherproof flush panel door (as noted on working drawings). Flush panel (2040mm high) internal garage access door to home. Fluorescent batten light to garage roof.
Powder coated aluminium frames (based on selected design). Keyed locks to all openable windows including sliding doors.
Pine framing to walls and roof as per engineer’s requirements.
Painted timber Corinthian Urban door to Front Entry (PURB2 or PURB101). Nexion Entry Door set with lever handle to Front Entry. Lockwood Symmetry Manor Entrance Set to remaining external doors.
Electrical / Plumbing
Underground power (up to 12m). Water connection (dry tap connection on same side of street). Sewer & stormwater connection. Standard plumbing and drainage fees and certification of a house on a lot with no over riding character codes. Termite protection as per AS.3660.1. Wattyl Sunfast Low Sheen to PVC downpipes.
