Floor Plans, Layouts and Inclusions

Floor Plans

The floor plan is a scaled diagram of your new home from above. Porter Davis floor plans include labelled rooms, full measurements and example furniture layouts to help you visualise how the design will work with your lifestyle.

Lot Size

Each home design is measured in “squares” (100 square feet). Our designs also include specific width and length measurements, as well as a minimum lot width and minimum lot depth, that way you will immediately know whether a Porter Davis design is right for your piece of land.
