100% refundable deposits apply when a customer decides they are no longer able to proceed with building a new home as a direct result of Financial Hardship due to the Covid-19 crisis. To be eligible the customer must have deposited on or after March 1 2020 and must notify Porter Davis before they have signed their HIA building contract.  The customer may also be asked to provide evidence of loss of employment or reduction of income with options including:

  • Evidence of employment contract not being renewed
  • Jobseeker Payment or evidence of payments starting in the last 3 months
  • Recent payslip vs. previous payslip (dated within the last 3 months)
  • consecutive months of Bank Statements

Best Price Promise – For customers who deposit between April 01 2020 and 31 July 2020 and see a cheaper sales price before their final build contract, Porter Davis will honour the reduced price and adjust the contract accordingly.  Please note the sales price includes base price and any promotions or discounts applied to your build contract.

15 month price hold guarantee – Porter Davis has extended the Price Hold Guarantee from 12 months to 15 months on the price, promotion and inclusions of their home. To secure the Price Hold Guarantee the customer must sign their HIA building contract within 12 months of the initial deposit.

Titled Land Offer – To get to site in 16 weeks for Advantage Singles and 20 weeks for other ranges, the customer will need to meet milestones as set by the Sales Consultant and in the Proof of Purchase documentation.
