The fabulous features behind the Hampton facade

The Hamptons is the summer destination of the rich and famous in the United States and it’s also our latest external façade inspiration, which is proving very popular with new home buyers.

Based on modern interpretations of old Victorian shingle homes, which you might see dotted along the coast of Long Island in the United States, our Hampton façade also has a local flavour, influenced by Melbourne’s bayside suburbs with our equivalent Edwardian and colonial style homes.

Balancing the colour scheme is a matter of less is more, with a simple yet modern twist on the white weatherboards that are a signature look of the Hamptons.

The beautiful exterior incorporates classic elements of the weatherboard paneling, timber windows and stunning coastal colour schemes to create the timeless exterior.

The key features of the Hampton façade also include a flat profile roof and light grey tones of the render, which is perfectly finished with traditional white timber windows. The touch of a coastal blue trim allows this home to sit along our stunning Australian coastlines or amongst Melbourne’s trendiest of neighbourhoods.

You can see the Hampton façade on display at Berwick Waters Estate.
