Porter Davis is this year celebrating 20 years of operation, building exquisite homes that reflect their customers’ physical and emotional needs.
Since founded, Porter Davis’ focus was to deliver all emblems of excellence through each build, but what truly makes Porter Davis unique is their ability to build homes that exceed their customers’ visions, developing properties tailored for each client’s lifestyle.
Porter Davis’ Waldorf Grange home demonstrates the best of luxury living in Doncaster, Victoria, emulating a Lake Como feel throughout with strong attention to detail in a light-filled, open plan design.
A standout highlight of the home is undoubtedly the stunning two storey void that sits above the open plan living area, which adds drama and light that flows throughout the kitchen and dining area and into the home. Each living area demonstrates Porter Davis’ keen eye for detail, with luxury touches throughout.
A space that promotes both preparation and entertaining, the kitchen of the Waldorf Grange celebrates simplicity in design with fine lines and a muted palette. A matte black Mizu Drift Sink Mixer makes a bold statement as a feature on the island bench.
The master suite is the true retreat of the home, an enormous space for two with a mixture of interior and natural light that brings the room to life. The walk in robe provides ample space for storage, entering into the luxurious master bathroom.
It’s bathrooms like this that we just can’t imagine leaving. Matte black fixtures and fittings mimic those seen throughout the home to tell a cohesive story, whilst the indulgent freestanding bath begs to be bathed in.
The shower zone is tailored to multiple users’ preferences, with the Mizu Drift Overhead Shower for those who prefer an overhead shower, and the Mizu Drift Twin Rail Shower for those who prefer both an overhead shower and the control of the handshower.
It’s not just those living in the master suite that are lucky enough to have their own bathroom, with each of the home’s bedrooms gifted with their own ensuite. In the guest ensuite, the AXA Cento Wall Basin makes a design statement and again we see the Mizu Drift Twinwater Rail Shower featured to suit a variety of user preferences.
