Garlic & Parmesan Crusted Salmon by David

Learn how to make Arise Estate New Home Consultant David’s favourite salmon dish.


  • 1kg salmon fillet
  • 2/3 cup of plain breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped finely)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup of butter (melted)
  • Salt, pepper & lemon to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan forced)
  2. Skin off or on for this one – the choice is yours!
  3. Line your baking tray with foil or baking paper and place your fillets on the tray.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic together in a bowl, then pour in melted butter and stir until mixed through
  5. Pour the mixture directly onto the top of the salmon fillets, pressing lightly to ensure they’re covered
  6. Spray the top with a little bit of olive oil spray to give the crumb that nice golden crunch
  7. Pop them in the oven! Depending on how you like your salmon cooked, check around the 10min mark and leave in for 15min total if you prefer it well done
