Perfect for those with eclectic taste, our brand new Everton display at Eliston in Clyde draws inspiration from Hollywood’s most iconic stars — taking timeless interior design to the next level. Inside the walls of this single-storey Advantage home, everyday glamour meets art-deco chic with an enchanting mix of eras and styles.
Epitomising luxurious functionality, the Everton stands out against its surrounding streetscape with a mixed material facade. A modern movement of clean, angular lines and geometric shapes — particularly in accentuating the entryway — creates a streamlined and striking exterior. Perfect for this contemporary-themed abode.
Enter to find a front-facing master bedroom, fitted with two extravagant walk-in robes and a private ensuite. Our Eliston display delivers modish style through the use of geometric patterns — delivered via striking wallpaper. An injection of bold colour in this space, such as the plush royal-blue bedhead, helps create a focal piece and is used as a continuous feature throughout the rest of the home.
Simple glamour is the inspiration for the Everton’s ensuite, with a finger mosaic tile covering the entirety of the vanity and shower walls — adding to the angular, geometric look. While white is generally thought of as a more classic shade, the stark palette allows bolder elements to pop and is the perfect backdrop for bold, oversized artwork. It’s also extremely versatile and when used as a base, allows homeowners to adapt their style over time.
Wide expanses of glass at both the front and rear of the Everton allow light to stream in from every angle, while a clean, white palette amplifies the expansiveness of the interior. Light-filled design is our speciality, and the Everton shows how making the most of orientation on your block can create an inviting hub of the home.
Designing a space in black, white and wood is a simple way to achieve a contemporary look. The Everton sets light-timber cabinetry against white walls and matte black fixtures — adding both distinction and room demarcation.
At the rear of the home, a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is zoned through a gorgeous marble-topped island bench and ultra contemporary furniture. Royal-blue chairs and funky patterned decor, such as striking leopard print, is used sparingly and is a fantastic way to create a high-end feel to your interior.
Undoubtedly the most ‘Hollywood’ of all rooms, the kitchen encapsulates what it would be like to live the luxe LA life. A horizontally placed mosaic splashback is carried all the way up to light, overhead timber cabinetry, creating a subtle yet sophisticated wall feature. Large polished floor tiles add a sense of grandeur, reflecting the natural light and adding to the minimalist feel of the home.
At the rear of the Everton, large glass doors open up to an undercover alfresco, providing the perfect spot for year-round entertaining.
Perhaps our favourite area of the home, a zoned study nook uses on-trend and regal design elements such as brushed gold finishes to really nail the luxe look.
